Annapurna Base camp trek is short trek within Annapurna conservation Project (ACAP), country's largest area covering conservation area. ABC trek is one of the most popular treks in Nepal suiting to both short and loner duration of trekking. ABC trek will give you very special trekking experience as you are doing little bit of everything. . Annapurna Base Camp trek can be started from Nayapul or Hemja.
Annapurna I is one of the +8000 meters peaks in the world. During ABC trek, you can enjoy taking delight dipping in hot spring spa along the raging Modi river beach and Mountain View. The trail run uphill and downhill with green forest. ABC is good for doing in any session but September to December and February to March is ideal time in terms of weather and Mountain View. Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek
The Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek is the easiest trek in the Annapurna region. It is a fantastic way for beginners and experienced trekkers alike to explore this beautiful region. Trekkers will pass through areas of natural beauty and will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the local culture.

ITINERARY
1. Day 1 Pokhara/Nayapul to Tikhedunga
3 -5 hours, 540 meter ascent.
Start with a 1.5 hour drive from Pokhara to Nayapul.
Trek Nayapul to Thikadunga. This trek begins in Nayapul and makes its way through the villages of Birethanti, Sudami and Hille before reaching Tikhedunga. Clusters of teastalls and shops are found on the first section of this trek which follows a level path to Birethanti. From Birethanti we will pass by a waterfall, swimming hole and through bamboo forest before starting the steady climb from Sudami to Hille. The path is rocky and wide. Tikhedunga is approximately a 15 minute walk and 30 meter ascent from Hille.
1. Day 2 Tikhedunga to Ghorepani
5-6hours, 1360 meter ascent.
Trek to Ghorepani. This section starts with a crossing of 2 suspension bridges over the Tikedunga Khola and Bhurungdi Khola . The trail then continues on a steep incline up a stone staircase of approximately 3500 steps to Ulleri. From Ulleri the climb becomes gentle and steady, passing through pastures until we reach the rhododendron forests in Banthanti. The trail continues through the forest and across 3 streams before starting a short climb to Nangathanti . Nangathanti to Ghorepani is approximately 1 .5 hours.
2. Day 3 Ghorepani to Tadapani.
5-6 hours 550 metres descent, 710 meter ascent.
Poon Hill View
At sunrise there is a magnificent panoramic view of the Annapurna I , Dhaulagari and Himalayan range from Poon Hill (3210 meters). Enjoy a cup of hot chai while soaking in the sunrise before heading back down to Ghorepani for breakfast. The walk from Ghorepani to Poon Hill is 1 hour.
After breakfast we will then begin the trek to Tadapani. This trail passes through the villages of Deorali and Banthanti (not the same as before) before reaching Tadapani . The start of this trail makes its way through forest on a muddy path before reaching a grassy hill with a spectacular view of Machhapuchhare. The path then follows a ridge and passes through pine and rhododendron forests before descending through Deorali to Banthanti. The trail from Deorali to Banthanti follows a stream with many waterfalls through the forest. Banthanti to Tadapani continues to descend through the forest on a rocky trail for one hour until the steady ascent to Tadapani which is approximately 40 minutes.
3. Tadapani to Ghandruk
2.5- 3 hours. 720 meter descent.
This trail passes through one village, Baisi Kharka which is a one hour walk from Tadapani. The trail continues to descend through forest until Ghandruk. We then make time to explore Ghandruk which is a Gurung Cultural Village. Here you have the option to visit the museum, a temple and local houses.
4. Ghandruk to Nayapul/Pokhara
4-6 hours. 1000 meter descent.
We start the day following the stone stairs down to Kuemi which is a 2 hour walk. Here, we have the option take public transport to Pokhara otherwise, the trail continues through the villages of Saulibazar and Birethanti before reaching Nayapul. This trail takes approximately 3 hours to descend and follows a stone staircase to Saulibazar before reaching a dirt road which leads to Nayapul. From Nayapul we will then take public transport to Pokhara.
Mardi Himal Trek
The Mardi Himal trek is a popular destination amongst trekkers. The trek passes through many regions. A highlight of the trek involves hiking to a 4745m-high area with spectacular views of the fishtail mountain (Machhapuchhare 6999 m) and another holy mountain. People call Machhapuchhare the Virgin Mountain because no one has ever climbed it. The government doesn’t allow people to climb fishtail mountain because it is a holy place that is important for the local community. This trek involves high altitudes, and as a result trekkers are treated to a beautiful view of the mountains. However, trekkers will become acclimatised to the higher altitudes while walking and so will not feel the effects of the high altitude. The trek starts from Pokhara which is located at an altitude of 850m, and the highest altitude reached during the Mardi Himal trek is 4870m at the Mardi Himal upper view point and base camp. Trekkers will also be able to enjoy a spectacular view of Pokhara and will trek through stunning natural scenery.

Annapurna circuit trek
The Annapurna Circuit Trek is one of the most popular and beautiful treks within the Himalayan Mountain Range, it offers an amazing experience that allows you to trek throughout the whole entirety of the Annapurna Conservation area. Itinerary
1. Day 1: Half an hour drive from Pokhara to Hemja and you hike start from Pokhara and hike to all the way Hemja to Dhampus or Pothana
2. Day 2: Pothana to forest camp. The trek starts with a gentle slide uphill for a while and then an easy walk through the jungle all the way to forest camp.
3. Day 3: Forest camp to High camp (3500m)
4. Day 4: High camp to upper base camp (4870m) and back to High camp. Trekkers stay over night at High camp.
5. Day 5: High camp to Kalimati.
6. Day 6: Kalimati to Lwang
7. Day 7: Lwang to Pokhara or alternative trail through Hyanjakot village / Astam village
8. Day 8: Astam to Pokhara

Day 1. Arrive at Kathmandu
A relaxing day spent roaming around Nepal’s Capital City, Kathmandu. You can spend today experiencing Nepali culture, food and hospitality.
Day 2. Kathmandu to Pokhara
Travel to the peaceful city of Pokhara by either bus (6hrs) or plane (35 minutes) and take in the beautiful views as you travel.
Day 3. Pokhara to Syange (4hrs drive from Pokhara )
Travel by Jeep to Beshishar, where you will start start your first day of trekking and finish in Syange. Alternatively, you can take a Jeep further into the Annapurna Region if you have less time available.
Day 4. Syange to Dharapani (6-7 hrs)
From Syange we will follow the road up and down hills, taking in breathtaking views of the Marsayangdi river. Today is easy lower altitude trekking.
Day 5. Dharapani to Chame (6hrs)
We will continue through moderately difficult trail for a few hours, before an uphill jungle walk with beautiful mountain views to Chame.
Day 6. Chame to Manang (6hrs)
From Chame, we will continue to trek to Manang and will start to enter the mountainous region. From here, the landscape becomes more arid and the culture begins to change too that of Tibetan people with the Buddhist religion.
Day 7. Acclimation day at Manang
A rest day is now necessary in order to acclimatize and will be taken in the beautiful mountain town of Manang. The town is surrounded by mountains, marsayngdi river and Gangapurna lake.
Alternatively, you can continue trekking from here for three extra days and visit Tilocho Lake, the world’s highest lake.
Day 8. Manang to Yak kharkha/Ledar (5hrs)
The trek from Manang to Yak Kharkha/Ledar is a gentle slope uphill (rising just 500m), through a small cultural village with beautiful Himalayan views.
Day 9. Ledar to Thornag Phedi /High Camp (5hrs)
From Ledar, we can view the beautiful sunrise over the Annapurna Mountain Range. Today we will be able to enjoy the beautiful landscape as we walk through a fresh rives and uphill to High Camp.
Day 10. High camp to Mukthinath(8hrs)
Today is one of the most challenging and rewarding days of the trek. We will walk from High Camp to Mukthinath, through the Thorung-La Pass (5416m), the highest point of the trek. The pass is situated between two breathtaking mountains and will offer stunning views of the Himalayas.
Day 11. Mukthinath to Jomshom via Kagbeni (7hrs)
Mukthinath is a holy place for the Hindu Religion. A large and beautiful temple is situated here and is a place where all people of the Hindu religion come to be purified, or cleaned spiritually. After visiting the temple we will hike to Jomshom via Kagbeni.
Alternative options include hiking back up to good or taking a jeep/bus back to Pokhara or another town.
Day 12.Jomshom to Kobang(7hrs)
The walk from Jomshom to Kobang is an easy and flat walk alongside the Kaligandi River and through many villages and monasteries. In the village or Marpha, we can find a beautiful apple garden.
Day 13. Kobang to Kalopaani (6hrs)
Kobang is a beautiful village located between the Himalayan Mountains and the Green Hills, situated beside the Kaligandaki River. The walk to Kalopaani is an easy walk.
Day 14. Kalopani to Ghasa(6hrs)
From Kalopani we will take an easy downhill walk through the beautiful green hills to Ghasa.
Day 15. Ghasa to Tatopaani (hot spring) (6hrs)
Today we will hike to the Himalayan Hot Springs, a stretch of water that has been naturally heated by subterranean volcanic activity. The Hot Springs provide trekkers with the opportunity to relax their muscles after weeks of trekking.
Day16. Tatopaani to Pokhara (5hrs)
From Tatopaani we will take a bus or jeep back to Pokhara.
